Our mission is to offer a new energy Concept to the entire world. A concept which promises abundant, clean, renewable energy. A concept which can adapt to, replace and implement any new efficient technology as it becomes available for commercial applications.

Our "Hexicon Platform Concept"

A Concept based on an "off-shore" floating platform in the shape of a Hexagon. A platform built of steel pipes with a protective sandwich Hull System which prevents its integral parts from being exposed to harsh weather and water conditions. (Conditions always present with of off-shore installations.)

On this platform, the towers are installed directly and securely onto a platform large enough to have towers properly distanced from each other. Part of our concept is to enable wave generator applications to be installed. All technical equipment (wind or wave) on this platform is located indoors in a healthy working environment without humidity, corrosion, salt or condensation. A platform which also includes support personnel stationed on board on a continuous basis.

Business Idea

To produce and offer to the market a durable, efficient and competitive product with better redundancy, which is easier to maintain and service than conventional applications. It will be introduced to the market equipped with the protective "Fagerdala Hull System". Our concept will ensure a longer lifespan than conventional applications.

This concept has the ability to compete with other energy sources. Not only within wind power but also with other renewable energy applications. A product which is likely to be appreciated and find support as an energy source in line with today's public opinion and environmental awareness.

The ability of combining different types of energy applications (not interfering with each others efficiency) on the same platform will greatly enhance the platforms competitiveness.

This will be a sustainable, "clean", visually attractive and environmentally friendly platform with the flexibility to be located in areas not previously possible. This is also a sustainable power application with less impact upon environment than conventional applications. These platforms require less infra-structure preparation. This type of application can be "hooked up" on existing, local power  grids more easily, by electing size of platform, applications and the amount of energy generated to suit each specific customer's needs.

A product which produces enough energy per unit, but not more than that it can be attractive to many types of customers. Taking into account our concepts flexibility, it could potentially offer an easier decision making process and financing.

By choosing proper platform and energy output for an installation, customer is ensured optimal economy suiting his specific needs with ability to adjust to and co-exist with existing power supplier and fluctuation in local energy demand. A renewable energy concept, which will have the potential of being used and appreciated far into the future regardless of new competition, because of its adaptability and over all versatility.

Organization

In our efforts, we encourage a "joint venture" type of environment where from the start geographically and technologically suitable European corporations are part of this organization and/or affiliated with us. Sub-contractors or strategic partners in R&D, manufacturing, marketing or sales organizations are also of interest.

Investor Relations

We have in this process reached the point, when we accept and invite interested parties to participate in a dialogue with intent to determine suitable future partnerships and / or investment.

Products & Services to be implemented

Part of this process is to carry out a complete Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and verification of the concept including our Hull System benefits. This will be monitored by independent accredited verification authorities before production of a first "pilot" Hexicon-Platform with different wind generator applications for live concept demonstration.

Continue R&D for future application combinations such as wind, wave and currents where applicable. Introduce Hexicon platforms to the market. Indivi­dually designed, equipped and suited for each specific location.

Educate and provide service & maintenance management expertise to end customers upon request. Where applicable, install "on board" R&D department for continuous research and development under live conditions. Where applicable, offer habitats on board for different type of weather/ocean research organizations.

Our Market

Because of the variable energy producing capacity of a "Hexicon" unit, we will be able to find several types of customers. We can, but we do not have to look specifically for "large" customers since today's political climate favourable of wind generated power in general which has created several different types of customers.

E.g. community owned wind power installations partially or wholly owned together with local utility companies. Applied on a global scale, we see infinite potential customers interested in our Hexicon Concept including but not limited to customers such as small utility companies on any island group in the world or any seaside located small town or city.

The customers decide themselves what manufacturer of equipment they want and how far out they want this attractive "Hexicon" platform located. 1 or 10 km of the coast is a decision, which can be changed at any time. In addition, any large energy consuming corporation would benefit from owning their own Hexicon, since our concept is both reliable and economical.

Marketing

Our marketing approach will be governed by Hexicon Corporation Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. We are already establishing a presence at energy related conferences and exhibitions. We will focus on Concept information through articles and information delivery by utilizing all kinds of media. We believe we will receive a lot of attention with our approach to the energy markets. Our marketing strategy is in the beginning oriented to support our LCA and verification process, which will benefit us further down the road once completed. We will be able to use this as a reference when initiating contact with potential customers in addition to other venues.

Once our "pilot" platform  is in operation, we will focus on establishing relationships with needed construction facilities and the establishment of regional marketing & sales divisions. .

Why we will be successful

As soon as our verification process and "LCA" proves the economic benefits of a Hexicon and we have a working "pilot" platform proving the concept, we will start producing.  Our lower maintenance cost, flexibility, service and longevity aspects with subsequent cost per KWh produced will speak for itself.

Because of our options offered and flexibility, customers are likely to consider a Hexicon rather than other types of renewable energy applications.

A very important economical aspect will be that a Hexicon offers the ability to exchange an existing energy generating device with a more efficient wind/wave application, when invented some time in the future, while still using the same "long life" Hexicon platform with our patented "Hull-System" , thus getting an upgraded installation at an attractive cost.

We do not compete with different wind power manufacturers; we offer a base for all of them to install their gear. Each individual customer of ours chooses their preferred manufacturer.

If we look at coastal cities and groupings of islands around the world, we have an impressive potential customer base who would be attracted to our concept. Knowing that the majority of earth population are living in these areas and that we have now expanded the number of possible locations and acreage for deployment with our “off-shore” floating large scale concept which will add to potential new customers specifically for us.

Competition

Wind power competition off-shore or elsewhere will have to produce a more economical platform/solution and a unit with better longevity, maintenance and less service needed than ours. The fact that we can combine several applications on one and the same platform will also make it difficult to compete with us. At this time we do not see any competition with similar built-in competitiveness and longevity protection existing in the marketplace. Other types of applications will also have to be received better by the public and at the same time be more economical and as "clean" as our applications.

For renewable energy solutions, many island groupings as an example do not have that many viable options besides our Hexicon or "fixed" mounts. According to wind power authorities it is difficult to find economy in fixed mounts (on or off shore) -at smaller remote locations because of the logistics involved. We feel that we definitely have a viable niche and a product that can compete with others in all these locations and others as well.

Risk

Risk with our Concept is the same as with any product! Another, better product will appear on the market. We have important factors such as public acceptance to consider. A Hexicon has the potential to be better received than any of today's existing wind generators. When compared to possible future larger scale concepts, we can also become larger and still have a built in flexibility and adaptability to new conditions to keep the "Hexicon" running and to be profitable. At the end, price per KWh, sustainability, longevity and environmental impact will become the most important issues. We have the luxury of being able to have R&D performed continuously on board on existing installations to help maintain the edge over the competition.

This enables us to make even more efficient Hexicon's in the future. With proper management, thorough research and development our risk should be as limited as can be in regards to these issues. Regarding different regions, we feel that it is necessary to conduct thorough research and testing for applications in all heavily populated regions to minimize risk & effects from extreme weather and wind speeds.

Political – Technical or Commercial Risk exist and are similar for those whom we compete directly with.

Opportunity

Opportunity right now is at our hands, because of current perception of environmental problems such as global warming and energy conditions in general. This has never before produced a better environment and situation for wind- / wave power applications. Wind generated applications and their continuous improvements in efficiency will make them even more viable in the future. Our Hexicon application is a testimony to this fact.

We have today, Governments who are aware of the energy situation and willing to support efforts to improve different "renewable" energy producing applications by the means of "grant" procedures, supporting the process to go from "idea" to a finished product ready to "go to the market". Latest news and topics politically are to make "wind energy applications" more efficient, which is exactly what our Hexicon Energy Concept offers.

Furthermore, wind power is coming of age with infant problems now to be left behind and a mature market ready to get involved in.

CSR Policy

The Hexicon Organization emphasizes on a delivery of products to the market, which are beneficial to our climate. We actively and continuously will contribute to a lowering of CO2 emissions in the atmosphere by attracting customers, who will choose our products over alternatives with less pronounced such qualities. Furthermore, our social responsibility dictates that we will, to the best of our ability choose the best manufacturers, methods, labour, materials and techniques which are of high quality and produced with an ethical approach  & beneficial to both environment and society alike.

Conclusion

The “Hexicon Platform Concept” equipped with the Fagerdala Hull System, properly engineered, built and promoted, offers better and more economical construction solutions to the "off-shore" renewable energy concepts and at a lower maintenance and running cost expenditure.

Our concept has the potential to be a very competitive, cost efficient alternative! A concept, which allows for continuous research & development “live” on board the platform, not previously possible. With this set up we offer an opportunity for external inventions & ideas to be tried, tested and applied in addition to our own applications for a continuous improvement of the Hexicon Platform Concept.
